Alain Ducasse's Coffee Factory, Paris 11th

Paris 11th: near Place de la Bastille, rue Saint Sabin, Alain Ducasse undertook  to create a coffee factory, near the Chocolate Factory (made by the agency in 2014, rue de la Roquette). The complete coffee-making process, echoing the nearby Chocolate Factory, sera fully visible from the shop open to the public, located in the center of the establishment.

The intention here being to be able to show the public behind the scenes of the creation of the coffee, by means of a transparent and luminous architecture, by arranging all the roasters in full view.
