Alain Ducasse's Chocolate Factory, Paris 11th
Paris 11th, On the site of a former car garage near Place de la Bastille, Alain Ducasse set out to create a chocolate factory. The chocolate will be entirely made in the traditional way, the beans will be roasted on site then crushed and subjected to various treatments. The complete process of chocolate making will be fully visible from the shop open to the public, located in the center of the establishment.
The intention here being to be able to show the public behind the scenes of the creation of chocolate, through a transparent and luminous architecture.
