Project description : Rehabilitation of the Grand Hotel in Saint Jean de Luz

 

Basement: creation of stone vaults for a nightclub, then transformed into a SPA

1st floor: creation of terraces, swimming pool and pool-house 

floor 5: elevation in masonry: housing,

floors 6 & 7: wooden frame elevation: accommodation.
